Read, Play, Grow Series

Childhood is a time full of stories that enrich the imagination. During the Read, Play, Grow series, we use well-known and well-loved stories and introduce the undiscovered. This integrated language and literacy class is designed for skill and knowledge building, as well as for the pure pleasure of enjoying books.
With a connected curriculum, children can pursue the learning of skills for speaking, reading and writing in English, in an environment that fosters the all-round development of the child.
Over the course, children will be immersed in the delight of hearing and reading language-rich storybooks, with interesting characters and a fascinating storyline, as well as make up their own. Activities include a combination of oral storytelling, drama, performance skills and activities tailor-made for every child that attends.

Pre-Reading Pandas

3 - 4 years

For children at the beginning of their reading journey we provide small group storytelling activities which allow children to develop oral language and storytelling skills. Oral storytelling engages children in a fun-filled and imaginative learning experience where both the teller and the listener create something magical.

Reading Racoons

4 - 6 years

This literacy programme is designed to challenge children and develop their creativity, thinking and writing skills whilst digging deep into their imaginations. With enchanting listening, reading and writing opportunities this creative space gives children a chance to draw, read, tell, share, craft and design stories together.
